Intensive Outpatient Treatment for Adolescents

An IOP serves as a great step down from inpatient or partial hospitalization treatment, while also being a good first option for those exploring treatment for the first time.

Program features

Treatment and discharge planning

At the beginning, your loved one will be provided a treatment plan that helps set goals and expectations for their time in treatment. This will help guide them along the way. After being discharged, we want to provide a plan on what to do next, as well. This helps prevent them from relapsing and helps them take positive steps forward.

Progress updates

You should not be in the dark about your teen’s mental health treatment. We will keep you updated on what they are doing well, what they need to improve on and more.

Sessions with psychiatrists

Your teen will likely receive at least one meeting with a psychiatrist as a part of this program. The psychiatrist will talk to your teen and then make recommendations to the program and you about next steps.

Family therapy and support meetings

Family is a key aspect of treatment. The support system provided by family is often unmatched, and our program offers family meetings as a way to help you learn and understand what your loved one is going through and how to take positive steps forward.
