What to Look Out for in Your Teen
Some common signs of mental health issues in your teen include:
- Social isolation or withdrawal
- Increased anxiety
- Feelings of worthlessness
- Lack of interest in previously enjoyed activities
- And more
Remember, an acute inpatient stay and general psychiatric inpatient care is typically for more serious cases. So if your teen is just showing some signs of mental health issues, it may be a good idea to call our admissions team and answer questions throughout assessment. This assessment can help determine the right level of care for them.
